If you are not satisfied with our products, please return it within 30 days from delivery date and we'll exchange it or refund your order.

Please note, items must be in their original condition with their tags still attached, unwashed, unworn, no scents or odors. Our apologies: For health reasons, we cannot accept worn undergarments. Items returned must be in their original unused resalable condition in original packing, we don't accept return that was worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

Please take your return package to the carrier at your choice, and mail your authorized return to following address at your cost.

Customers are responsible for the return shipment costs. 

Please email us at info@oscarrossa.com about your return with tracking No. of your returned package, our original PO number, return reason and your request for exchange or refund.

In case of exchange, we will pay the standard shipping cost to mail you the wanted exchange.

Shipping cost we spent to ship order to you is not refundable. 

We will process your refund in the original form of payment within 5 business days after receiving your return. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction took place. Your banking institution may need additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
